# Third-party notices

Mimicur Creator distributes the libraries and font listed here. Full licence
texts and source archives travel in this application's public assets. Deployment
must verify that its access rules make these URLs available to recipients.

## soundtouchjs 0.3.0 — LGPL-2.1-or-later

Copyright Olli Parviainen, Ryan Berdeen, Jakub Fiala and Steve “Cutter” Blades.
The package declares LGPL-2.1; its source header permits version 2.1 or later.
Used for pitch-preserving retiming in `src/retime/audio-stretch.ts`.

The application uses a dynamic import. This requests a separate lazy module;
its actual emitted chunk and substitution behavior must be checked in each
release. A dynamic import alone is not a conclusion that every LGPL obligation
has been met. Recipients retain the licence's modification and debugging rights.
Application terms must not restrict those rights. No runtime integrity policy
should prevent replacing the library with a compatible modified version.

## mediabunny 1.52.2 — MPL-2.0

Copyright Vanilagy and contributors. Used for browser media containers.
The distributed library is unmodified; its covered source files are available
under MPL-2.0 in the accompanying archive.

Copyright (c) 2016 The Inter Project Authors. The site font is Inter, fetched
by `next/font/google` and served in the built site's static media directory.

The notice is from Inter v4.1. Next's fetched font bytes are selected by its
Google Fonts response; this notice does not pretend to pin that response.
The font picker also carries raster sample images, with a catalogue generated
from Fontsource. Their full provenance remains a separate asset audit.

This application derives from OpenCut. [The retained upstream copyright and
MIT licence](./OpenCut-MIT.txt) accompany this distribution.

## Country flags — flag-icons 7.5.0, MIT

Copyright (c) 2013 Panayiotis Lipiridis.
All 271 served flag SVGs match the `flags/4x3` files from the published
`flag-icons` 7.5.0 package byte for byte after line-ending normalization.

## Scope still requiring review

This is a notice set, not a clearance of every dependency or media asset.
The package lock records additional dependencies whose notices must remain
with any redistributed code. The font-picker catalogue has not been fully traced by this change.

The server compositor is a separate deployment. This web repository's lockfile
contains no ffmpeg package, but that does not establish what the compositor
installs or conveys. Any ffmpeg binary/source obligations must be reviewed
against that artifact. Character compiler model weights and material ancestry
are also outside this web notice set.
